Prices of the Masks
We do try to keep the price of these masks to an absolute minimum. The masks that we use are the exact same masks that are from the show. The Craig David mask is made in China and transported to the U.K, the Mel B Mask is made in Eastern Europe.
Unfortunately as these are the only suppliers of the exact mask, we cannot source alternative suppliers closer to home.
Once we have the correct materials, it takes us over 2 hours to alter each mask. The whole process for making the masks takes over a week. When painting the beard on the mask, we have to let it dry several times before it is finished. By doing this, it ensures that the beard will stay black and not fade to a grey after a few days.
There are several fancy dresss supliers that will offer masks cheaper, but we will guarantee that they aren't done right, or the masks are home made.To have a look at some of their attempts, click here.
Don't forget, we don't hire fancy dress, the masks are yours to keep.
