At the moment (30th December 2010) we are 100% up to date on all our orders. All the items bought from us will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 13:30, this is the time our collection services arrive at our workshop to collect the orders.

UK customers have two different methods for delivery, 

Royal Mail first class recorded, the cost of this is £6.49. First class recorded can be a bit hit and miss, we are not given a method to track the item until it gets to its destination. This means that whilst it is in transit with the Royal Mail and on its way to you, we don't know where it is or exactly when it will arrive. The Royal Mail state that the items should be with our customers the next working day. However they say it can take anything up to 2 weeks before they consider it missing. A signature will be required by the customer when it is delivered.

Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed £8.49, this is by far the more reliable option for anyone that needs the items in a hurry. With this option, the items will be with you the next working day if ordered before our cut off point of 13:30. We are also able to track your package direct to your door, plus it is guaranteed to be with you before 13:00. Anyone selecting this method on a Friday will receive it on the Saturday.
