All items are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 14:30. All items are sent out via the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. Delivery can is expected next day however can take up to 3 days. The cost for this service is £4.99 and added to the order automatically at the end of your order.
If you require a guaranteed delivery service, then this is charged at an extra £3. This will upgrade the service to Royal Mail Special Delivery and guarantee that the order will be with you the next day, including delivery on Saturday's. A signature is required for successful delivery on both of the above options, if their is nobody home when the delivery is attempted, a "While you were out" card will be left and you can either re-arrange delivery or collect from the local post office.
